Karen V. Davison serves as the head chef of a fine dining establishment in Dallas, TX, where she strives to create nourishing, high-quality dishes. Karen V. From a young age, Ms. Davison spent time in the kitchen watching and helping her mother and grandmother cook. A graduate of the Culinary School of Fort Worth, she worked in several casual and fast food restaurants before opening her own restaurant. While that endeavor did not succeed, she gained valuable insights and experience in the restaurant business.
